Small Business Services​

         Brain-Storming Session ..............  $50

 Half-hour session on the phone, Skype or OOVOO

  discussing ideas for a business, sources for  

  funding and the components of a business plan



         Finding Funding ...................................$500

A power point presentation will detail how to look for funding using the internet, identifying what companies, foundations and government agencies provide start up funding and small grants to small businesses. The power point literature will be provided to the client. A live computer search will be demonstrated during this session. There will be question and answer following the power point presentation.

      Business Plan Development................  $2000

Client and VHB Consultant sit down together to work with  client's specific material  and the mission statement, vision, three year goals and start up costs are discussed and displayed on templates used in the construction a Business Plan. A working draft of a business plan t will be designed. 

      Each On-site Visit .............................  $1250

An organization wishing to receive training in team building, morale-building and relationship repair must submit information describing the problems,  desired outcomes and the time table for obtaining the goals. A prospectus will be provided identifying the number of site visits needed (minimum of two required) to accomplish realistic goals. All training material will be provided.
